These terms govern your use of CallAttend, operated by Callmonitor Ltd.

The service

CallAttend provides AI-powered phone answering, voicemail transcription, and call management. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your responsibilities

You must: provide accurate account information, not use the service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to abuse or overload the system, and keep your login credentials secure.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — service continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

Liability

CallAttend is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed calls, transcription errors, or any losses arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months.

Call recording

By using the service, you consent to call recording where enabled. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding recording of calls to and from your business.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
