CallAttend ("we", "us") operates the callattend.com website and AI phone answering service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you use our service we collect: your name and email address, your business details, phone numbers assigned to your account, call recordings and transcriptions, and usage data (call durations, timestamps).

How we use it

We use your data to: provide and improve our phone answering service, send you voicemail notifications and transcriptions, process your subscription and billing, and communicate with you about your account.

Call recordings

Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded. Callers are informed of this at the start of each call. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorised administrators.

Third parties

We use Twilio for telephony, OpenAI for AI processing, Google Cloud for text-to-speech, and SMTP2GO for email delivery. Your data is processed in accordance with each provider's privacy policies.

Data retention

Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Account data is retained while your account is active.
